The SSCOR SSPORTS! Big Game Challenge is created as a non-gambling promotion and is intended for entertainment purposes. Void where prohibited.
Eligibility:
Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and Washington DC that are employed by a Healthcare agency or facility and who are at least 18 years of age.
Employees of SSCOR Inc. and members of the immediate family or household of each are not eligible to win. Immediate family member is defined as a parent, sibling or any person residing in the same household as an employee of SSCOR Inc. Such excluded employees and/or family members may play, but WILL NOT be eligible to receive a Prize.
To Participate:
1) Fill out the required participant form
2) Use the drop downs to pick the correct answer for the game
3) Click the submit button at the bottom of the page no later than 4:00 PM (Pacific Standard Time) February 2nd, 2017.
4) When a participant’s form is submitted properly they will receive a SSCOR SSPORTS! Thank You confirmation designating that the form was properly submitted; however, if the form was submitted after the deadline for that week it will not be accepted.
Participants can sign up to play any time during the Big Game Challenge by visiting www.sscor.com and follow the online instructions to enter. To enter the Big Game Challenge a participant must provide their personal information and answer questions about the Big Game. A participant must answer every question about the game. If more than one entry is submitted by any one person in the Big Game Challenge, the 1st form submitted online to SSCOR SSPORTS! will be designated as the entry used to enter the Big Game Challenge contest.
Making Picks
The SSCOR SSPORTS! Big Game Challenge will run for 1 week. A participant must answer each question.
Scoring
Participants will receive one point for each correct selection. The total number of correct selections in the Big Game Challenge will be the participant's score. The person who submits the highest number of correct answers is the Big Game Challenge winner.
Deadlines
The deadline for each participant to submit their selections is 4:00 PM (PST) Thursday Feb 2nd 2017.
Prizes
The eligible participant who predicts the most answers correctly will be declared the Winner and will receive the Big Game Challenge prize package.
Except where prohibited by law, a participant's entry constitutes permission for SSCOR Inc. to use their name and agency should they be a SSCOR SSPORTS! Big Game Challenge winner in all forms of media, in perpetuity, without further compensation. Entrants agree to use of their names and agency for advertising and publicity purposes, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
The SSCOR SSPORTS! Big Game Challenge entry period starts January 30th, 2017 at 9:30am (PST) and ends February 2nd, 2017 at 4:00pm (PST).
