The SSCOR SSPORTS! 2016 Pro-Football Playoff Pick’em is created as a non-gambling promotion and is intended for entertainment purposes. Void where prohibited.
Eligibility:
Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and Washington DC that are employed by a Healthcare agency or facility and who are at least 18 years of age.
Employees of SSCOR Inc. and members of the immediate family or household of each are not eligible to win. Immediate family member is defined as a parent, sibling or any person residing in the same household as an employee of SSCOR Inc. Such excluded employees and/or family members may play, but WILL NOT be eligible to receive a Prize.
To Participate:
1) Fill out the required participant form
2) Use the drop downs to pick the correct answer for each of the listed games
3) Click the submit button at the bottom of the page no later than 4:00 PM (Pacific Standard Time) the Thursday prior to that week's games.
4) When a participant’s form is submitted properly they will receive a SSCOR SSPORTS! Thank You confirmation designating that the form was properly submitted; however, if the form was submitted after the deadline for that week it will not be accepted.
Participants can sign up to play any time, during the Weekly Playoff Pick’em by visiting www.sscor.com each week of the 2016 Pro Football Playoff Season, and follow the online instructions to enter. The SSCOR SSPORTS! Playoff Pick’em is divided into three (3) separate weekly entry periods. To enter the weekly Playoff Pick’em a participant must provide their personal information and answer questions about that week's playoff games. A participant does not need to enter all 3 Weekly Pick’ems, but for each Playoff Pick’em entered; you must answer every question about each game. A participant may enter as many different Playoff Pick’ems as they want, however, there is a limit of one Playoff Pick’em entry per person and a limit of 3 total individual weekly entries per person during this contest. If more than one entry in a Playoff Pick'em is submitted by any one person, the 1st form submitted online to SSCOR SSPORTS! will be designated as the entry used to enter the Playoff Pick'em contest.
Making Picks
The SSCOR SSPORTS! Playoff Pick’ems will run for 3 weeks . For each Playoff pick’em, the entry form will list all the scheduled games. A participant must answer each question for each game. You do not need to participate in all 3 Playoff Pick’ems, but for each Playoff Pick’em that you decide to participate in; you must answer every question about every game.
Scoring
Participants will receive one point for each correct selection. The total number of correct selections in a given Playoff Pick’em will be the participant's score for that weekly SSCOR SSPORTS! Playoff Pick’em. The person who submits the highest number of correct answers is the Playoff Pick'em winner for that week.
Deadlines
The deadline for each participant to submit its selections for the applicable Playoff Pick’em is 4:00 PM (PST) the Thursday of each week. Playoff Pick’em games run Saturday to Sunday.
Weekly Prize
The eligible participant who predicts the most answers correctly in a single Weekly Playoff Pick’em will be declared the Weekly Prize Winner of that applicable Weekly Playoff Pick’em and will receive the weekly prize . Three Weekly Prizes will be awarded in accordance with this Official Rules.
Except where prohibited by law, a participants entry constitutes permission for SSCOR Inc. to use their name and agency should they be a SSCOR SSPORTS! Playoff Pick’em winner in all forms of media, in perpetuity, without further compensation. Entrants agree to use of their names and agency for advertising and publicity purposes, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
The SSCOR SSPORTS! 2016 Pro Football Playoff Pick’em begins with the first game of the post season and ends with the conference championship games.
